Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 888fd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Account Suspension & Closure

888fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Duplicate account detection
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)
• Following a self-exclusion request submitted by the player

Treatment of Funds on Account Closure: Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, 888fd reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation.
